Through our exclusive partnership with EnviroKlean, WT Oil & Gas is proud to offer the industry’s first and only fully-manned, continuous-flow, solids-free recycling system. The Zero Solids Recycle® system is engineered to handle 100,000+ barrels per day, recycling produced water for reuse without the mess and cost of solids removal, haul-off, and disposal.
Unlike traditional DAF or “floc and float” systems that create sludge requiring transport and landfill, our innovative recycling system is powered by proprietary technology and carbon-based chemistry that keep contaminants dissolved in solution, eliminating the creation of waste solids entirely.
